May 16, 2018. I started my "ON THE JOB TRAINING". It let me know on how to use the Systems being used by The Lewis College for Students, Teachers and other Faculty members.

From the first day of my Training I've been Introduced to Mr. Edmar Sanchez my OJT SUPERVISOR. He teaches me on how to use the Systems being used specifically in the MIS Office. The first System I have encountered is the TLC NET, it is a system used for Profiling Student's or Teacher's data, commonly used for Students. The second one is the ID Assist, it is used for ID PROCESSING. The data from the TLC NET will be used to transfer it to the ID Assist System by searching the Student's or Teacher's last name or even ID number from the TLC NET and it will show up all the data needed.

Technically, there are different type of accounts being used from the TLC NET and it also have different limitation and scope of what you can manipulate from different type of account.

From the ID Assist system you can see different ready made ID layouts depending on the Grade/Level of the Student. You can make also an ID layout from the said system but with the approval of the Head or any assigned personnel regarding with that.

These are the different types of layouts of ID for Pupils starting from Grade 1 to Grade 6 in Elementary, Students from Grade 7 to Grade 10 in Junior High next is the Senior High from Grade 11 to Grade 12 then the College from First Year to Fourth Year College after that the Methods of Teaching Students and last the Employees.
