July 16, 2018. We started to release ID for all 1st Year BSIT and ACT Students. There are 88 BSIT Students to be exact, this first day of releasing ID only 58 Students received their ID's. Our Director for Quality Assurance and Information Systems was supervising while we are processing each Students ID. And he found out a very easy way to avoid queing inside the MIS office. We changed the style of taking pictures, because we are using a portrait shot and we changed it to landscape to lessen and avoid editing of pictures using photoshop. Since, the ID assist can crop and increase/decrease the brightness and the contrast of the image. We found out that taking pictures to students in a portrait style produces shadow and our Director for Quality assurance and Information Systems don't want to have that in the picture. We temporarily stopped tha printing of ID and create a trial shots. After the said trials we always make sure that we will produce the standard shot of picture.

After updating the profile of Students we always let them to verify their inputted data from the system. After the confirmation of the Student we will start to print their ID afterwards we will validate their ID to register the smart card number that is automatically generated, once they encounter error or any wrong data from their ID we will not allow them to reprint the ID but they'll have to pay for the reprinting of ID to the Accounting Office.
