Fixing of Printer Card Jam and Continuation of Printing: Week 10

July 20, 2018. This was the time that I encountered that the printer is not processing the ID and stuck with the error message for how many minutes. The processing and printing of ID from the printer was unusual based on the time that's why I called Mr. George A. Perez who is in-charge for this kind of matter. The printer is under warranty that's why it should not be opened by any of the Personnel here in the school so we should call the Technician and let them to fixed this error from the printer.

July 24, 2018. The technician from COM ASIA came here to fix the error from the printer and it is called Card Jam which is the ID card is unable to move or stuck inside the printer.

This was the photo I've taken while he was fixing the printer of ID. Based on the technician the error encountered was that the motor of the printer is not rotating.
